Welcome & Initial Briefing

Guided Ski Touring Ascent
- Route chosen based on group level
- Focus on uphill technique, pace management and safety

- Good general fitness (average elevation gain: 500–800 m)
- Willingness to learn and curiosity about the winter alpine environment
- No previous ski touring experience required

- Ski touring skis with bindings and climbing skins
- Ski touring boots
- Telescopic poles
- Hiking backpack (30–35 L)
- Layered winter technical clothing (thermal base layer, fleece, waterproof shell)
- Warm gloves, hat, sunglasses / goggles
- Sunscreen, thermos with a hot drink, snacks or packed lunch
