The website allows the booking of daily outdoor experiences, courses, and guided activities in Lake Garda and the Brenta Dolomites area.
By using the site or booking an activity, you fully accept these Terms and Conditions.
2. Services offered
Mmove provides outdoor experiences such as climbing, via ferrata, canyoning, trekking, mountain excursions, and training courses, conducted by certified mountain guides or hiking leaders.
Activities take place outdoors and may vary depending on weather conditions, safety, or participants’ level.
3. Booking and payment
Bookings can be made online at www.mmove.it or through official Mmove communication channels.
A booking is confirmed only upon payment of the full amount or the deposit specified.
Payments can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or other available methods.
4. Cancellations and changes
• Cancellation up to 48 hours before the activity: full refund.
• Cancellation between 48 and 24 hours before the activity: 50% refund.
• Cancellation within 24 hours or no-show: no refund.
If the activity is cancelled by Mmove due to safety reasons, weather conditions, or force majeure, a new date will be proposed or a full refund will be issued.
Date or participant changes are subject to availability and must be requested in writing.
5. Participation conditions
Participants must be in suitable physical condition and follow the guide’s instructions.
The organiser reserves the right to exclude anyone who fails to comply with safety regulations or disrupts the activity.
Minimum age and other specific requirements are stated in each activity description.
6. Insurance
All Mmove experiences include public liability and accident insurance for participants during the guided activity.
Additional coverage (e.g. trip cancellation or personal extensions) is not included.
7. Liability and limitations
By taking part in the activities, each participant acknowledges the inherent risks of outdoor experiences and agrees to follow the guide’s instructions at all times.
Mmove cannot be held liable for damages resulting from reckless behaviour, failure to comply with safety instructions, or misuse of personal equipment.
Activities may be modified or cancelled for safety, adverse weather, or force majeure without additional liability.
Participants are required to carefully read the disclaimer and the specific information related to the booked activity, which describe its features, potential risks, and behavioural guidelines. Booking an activity implies full acceptance of these conditions.
8. Intellectual property
All content on the website (texts, photos, logos, graphics, and materials) is the property of Mmove by Friends of Arco Srl and is protected by copyright. Reproduction or use without prior written consent is prohibited.
9. Data protection
Mmove processes personal data in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law.
