To participate in a canyoning excursion, it's important to bring:
- Swimsuit: To wear under the wetsuit during the activity.
- T-shirt: To wear under the wetsuit, preferably made of synthetic fabric or Lycra.
- Towel or bathrobe: Useful for drying off and changing after the activity.
- Canyoning shoes: (only for sizes under 36, please bring your own trainers or trekking shoes to get into the water)
- Dry change of clothes: A complete change of underwear and a sweatshirt.
- Plastic bag: To store wet clothes at the end of the excursion.

The shuttle departs punctually at the scheduled times and, out of respect for other participants, we will not be able to wait for late arrivals. Please ensure you calculate your travel time correctly to arrive at your selected meeting point on time and avoid any inconvenience.
- Age & Weight – Participants must weigh between 30 and 120 kg to ensure proper fit and safety of the equipment.
- Physical Fitness – A general level of good health and moderate mobility is required to complete the 20-30 minute uphill approach to the river while wearing a wetsuit. No advanced athletic training is necessary.
- Swimming Skills – While you don’t need to be an expert swimmer, basic swimming ability is required as the activity involves sections of deep water.
- Comfort with the Environment – Participants should feel comfortable with water, heights, and partially enclosed spaces.
- Medical Considerations – Those with heart conditions, respiratory issues, or other medical concerns that could be aggravated by exertion or cold water should consult a doctor before participating.
- Minors & Parental Consent – Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult
- Booking & Safety Briefing – Advance booking is required, and all participants must attend a mandatory safety briefing with our expert guides to learn essential techniques and safety rules.
