DESCRIPTION
Experience the essence of the Brenta Dolomites with this two-day itinerary that blends trekking, via ferrata, and an overnight stay in a mountain refuge. Accompanied by an alpine guide, we ascend scenic paths to Rifugio Tuckett, nestled among the Dolomite peaks. After an evening in the authentic high-altitude hut atmosphere, we tackle the Ferrata SOSAT the following day, an exhilarating but accessible equipped route offering spectacular views. A perfect adventure combining nature, adrenaline, and stunning landscapes.
Day 1:
Meeting at Campo Carlo Magno (Madonna di Campiglio) at 9:30 a.m.
Cable car ride to the Stoppani Refuge
Panoramic hike to the Tuckett Refuge (approximately 3-4 hours)
Afternoon free to relax or take a short hike in the surrounding area (Seracco di Cima Brenta panoramic viewpoint)
Dinner and overnight stay at the Tuckett Refuge
Day 2:
Breakfast at the refuge SOSAT
Via ferrata (easy/moderate difficulty, approximately 5-6 hours).
Arrival at the Brentei Refuge ( Bruno Detassis' home)
Trekking to Vallesinella.
Trsansfer to Madonna di Campiglio by bus
Arrival at 4:00/5:00 p.m.

- Ankle-high hiking boots (mandatory)
- Hiking backpack (30–40 litres)
- Windproof and waterproof jacket (shell layer)
- Fleece or insulating layer + spare thermal shirt
- Hiking trousers + full change of clothes
- Hat and via ferrata gloves (light but durable)
- Sunglasses, sunscreen, water bottle (min. 2 L)
- Sheet sleeping bag for the huts
- Energy snacks and packed lunches for all three days
- Trekking poles (optional for Day 1 and Day 3)
