DESCRIPTION
Discover the magic of Val d'Ambiez, one of the most fascinating and unspoilt valleys in the Brenta Dolomites. Together with our alpine guide, you will hike along paths amidst majestic walls and remote valleys, far off the beaten track. We begin with a scenic taxi-jeep transfer into the valley up to Rifugio Al Cacciatore. From here, we embark on a circular trek to Rifugio Agostini, where you can enjoy lunch surrounded by dramatic Dolomite peaks.
During the hike, we visit the Silvia Ice Cave, a hidden chamber preserving perennial ice (access requires crampons and a headlamp). On the return, we traverse the Fossil Cemetery, a fascinating area that reveals the geological history of these mountains. An excursion blending pristine nature, extraordinary vistas, and alpine traditions at the heart of the Adamello Brenta Nature Park.
